Our appointment times for repairs are changing from 13th January 2025 – to bring you a faster and better repairs service!  

We're moving from 6 different appointment options to a simpler choice of 3 appointment times – Morning (8-1pm), Afternoon (12:30-5pm) and All Day (8-7pm).  This will be a 3 month trial running from 13th January 2025.  

We currently offer 6 individual appointment times for routine repairs. This can mean more travel time for our operatives between jobs, reducing the number of repairs we can complete in a day. We also find that residents often choose the Morning, Afternoon, or All Day slots already.  The new options will mean we can complete more repair jobs for you - including on our first visit. 

The morning and afternoon slots will be available through our portal and app, and the all day appointments will be available through our Customer Contact Centre.
