The Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 requires organisations to have a Health and Safety Lead to ensure the health & safety of social housing residents and a Responsible Person to ensure the organisation meets the Consumer Standards requirements of providing good quality homes and services to residents.

At Housing Solutions, we have appointed the following two leads:
