Housing Solutions is proud to share that we now have two more team members qualified to deal with damp and mould.

Our Deep Clean Operatives, Liam Bark and Jordan Brown, have put in the hard work to earn an advanced professional qualification in mould remediation.

Last year, we addressed 1,136 cases of damp and mould. Many of these were caused by condensation, which can often be prevented.

Jordan commented: “As a new member of the team, the damp & mould course offered knowledge to help me safely and confidently carry out my work. I also feel the training I received is a great tool to help me inform and educate our tenants on damp and mould.”

Putting these team members up for this training shows our commitment to making sure our team is properly trained and qualified to handle this serious issue that can have such an effect on health and wellbeing.
