After all, you know your home and community better than anyone.

This transparent approach means Housing Solutions and residents alike have an indication as to the quality of our estates, what needs improving and what is working well.

Initially we will still be carrying out Estate inspections in the traditional way, so once a month a member of our staff will visit the area and raise jobs that need addressing. 

This could lead to improvement of service, efficiency in completing repairs and improvements and an increase in pride and ownership of our communities.
