Have you got your entry in yet for our Pride in Your Community Awards? We’ve seen some truly blooming brilliant gardens this year – and we’re not ready to stop celebrating just yet!

The good news? We’re extending the competition!
To make sure everyone has time to take part, we’re extending the deadline for entries. You now have until Friday 18 July 2025 to get involved!
Whether you’ve already entered or are just hearing about the awards for the first time – there’s still time to share your story.
What’s it all about?
The Pride in Your Community Awards are all about celebrating the green-fingered legends and local heroes who make our neighbourhoods brighter, greener, and more welcoming.
You can nominate yourself or someone else in one of these four categories:
- Best Kept Garden – for beautiful, sustainable green spaces 🌿
- Community Development Project – for projects that bring people together 🤝
- Age-Friendly Project – for work that supports older residents 🤝
- Youth Participation Award – for young people making a difference 💡
What can you win?
- 🥇 1st place: £100 in vouchers
- 🥈 2nd place: £50 in vouchers
The winners will receive online vouchers for use at DIY or gardening outlets, providing them with the flexibility to choose from a wide range of gardening products.
How to enter
It’s quick and easy:
- Pick your category
- Tell us your story – photos, a short description, anything that shows off your project
- Submit your entry online using our simple form
- Wait for the results- our expert judging panel will review all entries and announce the winners on 25 July 2025 via email.
