Our Approach
We work with residents to co-design services that reflect real needs and lived experiences. Our 2023–2026 Resident Engagement Strategy is built on three principles.

- Involvement – supporting residents to take part in shaping services.
- Influence – acting on feedback and reporting back.
We’re committed to removing barriers to participation and ensuring our engagement reflects the diversity of our communities.
Resident Panels: Inclusion in Action
Our resident panels are designed to reflect the voices of all residents, across age, tenure, background, and lived experience. We offer multiple ways to get involved, with support and flexibility built in.
