I need help with registration

To register for a My Housing Solutions Account you will need:

  • Tenancy Reference Number - you must be a named person on the tenancy to register;
  • Date of Birth;
  • A valid email address.

Please fill in all the required information in the 'register' fields. Once completed, click 'next step'.

Please complete the second step of registration by completing your email address, password and contact number. Please note that passwords must be 8 characters long with at least 1 capital and 1 number. Once all the fields are complete click 'complete registration'. 

You will now receive an email to confirm, to verify your registration please follow the instructions in the email. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes please check your spam and junk folders.

You are now ready to log-in to your portal account! Please go to the log-in page and fill in the email and password you created.
